KYC verification and identity confirmation

Two-factor authentication (2FA) setup
Optional 2FA adds a second layer of protection. We support SMS and email-based 2FA. When you enable 2FA in Account Settings > Security, we send a 6-digit code to your phone or email each time you log in from a new or unrecognised device. You enter this code on the login page to complete authentication. Trusted devices can be marked to skip 2FA for 30 days, but we recommend enabling 2FA even for trusted devices if you frequently play high-stakes tournaments during Piala AFF or Liga 1 seasons.
If you lose access to your 2FA phone number, contact our support team with your account email and government ID. We verify your identity and disable 2FA, allowing you to re-enable it with a new phone number or email address. This recovery process takes 24 to 48 hours during business hours.
Deposit history and payment method management
Your Account Settings dashboard displays all deposits submitted to lunas33 login. Under "Deposit History," you see transaction date, amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), and status (pending, completed, or failed). Request a withdrawal by navigating to Account Settings > Withdrawals. Enter the amount, select your destination payment method, and confirm. Our compliance team reviews all withdrawals to verify:
- Account age (minimum 24 hours since registration)
- Deposit history (funds must originate from verified deposits)
- Gameplay activity (no unusual patterns suggesting money laundering)
- Account holder name match (destination account must match your KYC name)
Approved withdrawals typically process within 24 to 72 business hours. We do not publish fixed timelines—processing depends on the destination bank's availability and our review queue. Withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit clear faster than transfers to new accounts. If a withdrawal is rejected, we email you the reason; common reasons include account name mismatch or insufficient gameplay history. You can resubmit after correcting the issue.
